Important Information

Arrival
For those flying, the venue is a 25-minute drive from the Christchurch airport. There is a taxi rank located outside International Arrivals (exit through Door 7).

There is plenty of free on-site parking at the venue for anyone driving. For those arriving directly to the forum before checking into their accommodation, we will have a room set aside to store your luggage for the day.

Registration
Registration opens at 7:30am with the forum starting at 8:15am. We will have a name tag for each attendee to collect plus a conference folder.

NZ Roundtable for Sustainable Beef (NZRSB): Open invitation to delegates:
All forum delegates are invited to attend the NZRSB session to learn more about the work undertaken by this group. The NZRSB aims to ensure New Zealand’s beef is continually produced in a sustainable way, and in-line with consumers’ expectations, by identifying material sustainability issues and promoting good practice throughout the supply chain.

Pre-dinner drinks and dinner:
After the forum concludes at 5pm, there will be some time before dinner for delegates to return/check-in to their accommodation, particularly for those who arrived directly to forum in the morning.

However, delegates are also welcome to stay at the conference venue until dinner, if they wish. The Spectators bar downstairs (where pre-dinner drinks will be held), will be open.

Livestreaming/video
The conference will not be livestreamed, but sessions will be recorded and made available online after the forum. This decision was made out of courtesy to those who have invested in attending the conference in person.

We appreciate that not everyone can attend due to various commitments and obligations, and we understand the importance of providing access to the conference content for our industry. Every effort will be made to capture the essence of the discussions and presentations held during the conference.

Wi-Fi
Wi-Fi will be available throughout the Conference. To join, please use the details below.
